📦 Return and Refund Policy
Cooling-off Period & Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund, including the standard shipping costs of the original shipment.
Conditions
- You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
- We recommend registering your return in advance via info@fishsense.eu, but this is not mandatory to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also use the model withdrawal form or make any other unequivocal statement.
Refund
We will refund the full purchase amount, including any standard delivery costs of the original shipment, as quickly as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. The refund will be issued free of charge using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via GLS and include a Track & Trace code. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
